In a move set to address crucial renovations and enhance educational facilities, the Tarkington Independent School District (TISD) Board of Trustees has called for a Bond Election for the first time in 21 years.

Tarkington Superintendent Dr. Elna Davis participated in the Leadership East Texas (LET) superintendent's panel on Wednesday, Feb. 21. Hosted in the new Cleveland ISD administration building, the panel addressed the group of aspiring leaders to give insight into the perspective of leadership in education.
